Spring came with a tendency which sometimes is not really well understood and successful: the ear cuff. Well, it's summer and this trend is with us again! In fact it is beginning at the accessories section of the stores... Guys, nowadays earrings are not just a pair!
An ear cuff covers the ear with ornaments of all kinds that sometimes stretch out to the hair. If you love piercings, you'll love this trend because the ear cuff is an easy way to have your ear adorned without making holes.

Do you find it new? Nothing could be further from the truth! Although it may seem, actually it was just "frozen" since this type of earrings were very famous in the 30s, when the French jeweler Marcel Boucher started with them adorning the ears of the aristocrazy. During the 80s and punk style, these earrings were a "must", but disappeared with the style of the time. Then, the ear cuffs were relegated to Indian and Thai like an extension of their culture.
It's a bold and risky trend, but if you take advantage of a day that you take your hair up and you wear it only in one ear, we assure you that you will hang onto it and it'll be one of your "must" for this summer. Do you dare?;)
